The room & board for these positions are fully paid for:
· Full-time Lead Counselor
(for either JR or SR Camp)
o Is with their dorm 24/7 except if given a break by a dorm parent or other staff member.
o Is responsible for getting their dorm to their activities on time
o Encourages participation of the entire dorm in all activities and participates themselves if at all possible.
o Is responsible in making sure the campers keep the rules and tries to ensure that they get their sleep & eat well.
o Is responsible for conducting dorm meetings to debrief from the day and to pray with the campers as well.
· Part-time Assistant Counselor and also serves as an Activity Leader
o Sleeps with their dorm and is with the dorm when not working in an activity
o Is responsible for getting the campers to breakfast on time while the Lead Counselor is in a staff meeting
o Assists the Lead Counselor in all duties listed above when with the dorm
o Is responsible for running or working in one of the activity areas during the day
o Will eat with their dorm at all meals if possible
