The Staff Training on July 10 & 11 in Big Bear is MANDATORY
so please make plans to be there.  See schedule below:
Held at Cedar Lake Camp, 1100 Mill Creek Rd., Big Bear Lake, CA 92315.

• Saturday & Sunday 7/10-11 Staff Training

  • Eat lunch before coming on campus

  • Fill up your gas tank before coming onto campus (part of Fire Safety Plan)

  • Be on campus between 1:30-2:00 to register & complete a health screening

  • (DO NOT COME BEFORE 1:30pm – There is another camp before us)

  • Training will begin when registration is completed

  • Dinner will be served sometime after 5:00 p.m.

  • Please try to have Staff children ride up on Sunday with someone else if possible

  • If you are from out of town and must have your children with you, please bring something for them to do and plan to pay for the extra meals that they eat (Sat dinner, Sun breakfast & lunch)

  • There will be a Saturday evening Training Session

  • Training will continue Sunday morning after breakfast until lunch
  • After lunch, Staff children will register & all other staff prepare to receive campers
  • At 2:00 p.m. campers begin arriving and all staff must be in position
